Terms of Service

These terms cover services provided by Sturdy Ai, Frome, Somerset, United Kingdom ("Sturdy Ai", "we"). By purchasing or using a Sturdy Ai service you agree to them.

The services

• Voice Agent module — a monthly subscription (£100/month, flat). An AI voice agent answering under your brand, integrated with your storage management platform, with full booking capability included. Cancel any time; service ends at the close of the paid period.
• Sturdy OS install — a managed setup (£1,000 per person one-off) plus a monthly retainer (£100 per person/month) covering updates, hosted infrastructure, support, and a monthly health check. No lock-in: if you cancel, you keep a fully-working snapshot of your system and your knowledge base — your data is always yours.
• Opportunity Audit — a paid discovery engagement (£1,500), credited 100% against an install started within 30 days.
• Ad-hoc consulting — £100/hour, by agreement.

Payments

Subscriptions and one-off fees are billed via Stripe. Prices are as published at sturdyai.uk/#pricing at the time of purchase; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing a subscription price. Project terms: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and lawful use of the service — your agent acts on your instructions and your data.
• Where the agent integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Stora, Twilio numbers), you must hold a valid account and comply with that platform's terms.
• Tell your customers calls may be handled by an AI agent where required.

Service standards and liability

We build on third-party infrastructure (ElevenLabs, Twilio, Cloudflare, Stripe, model providers) and can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of theirs or ours. We're liable for direct losses caused by our negligence up to the fees you've paid in the previous 12 months; we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under English law.

Data

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Your business knowledge base is yours: on cancellation of a managed install you keep a working snapshot.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: team@sturdyai.uk.
